Our services include roofing, mechanical, water, mold, fire, impact, and business interruption/accounting. We offer free consultation and claim review, and are available for immediate phone consultation and claim status review.

Our team of experts are equipped to handle all aspects of the claims process, from inspections of damages to filing the claim and handling all paperwork, experts, inspections, scheduling, estimating and negotiating with the insurance carrier. We even offer contractor/roofer assistance, where we work with the insured's chosen contractor/roofer on scope and pricing to present to the insurance company in a professional, easy to understand format.

With over 20 years of experience in the restoration and construction industry, our team has the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate "True Scope" estimates for water/fire/mold damaged building materials and systems. We also specialize in HVAC damaged systems, as our owner is an operating HVAC technician/installer.

Our flat fee of 10% on Gross Claim Loss (GCA) is only charged if recovery is successful. Our mission is to represent the insured in the claims handling process and hold insurers responsible for fulfilling their contractual obligations according to the policy and state insurance statutes and consumers bill of rights.

To start the process, simply contact Chance's office at 210-317-2386, sign and return the Public Adjuster's Contract and Letter of Representation via DOCUSIGN, and scan and send letters/estimates from the insurance company regarding the claim/loss. We will then file the claim and keep you updated throughout the process. Leave the claim handling to us, so you can relax and focus on other priorities.
